The 2005 CIMESP Laureates, Brazil
At the 6th International Electroacoustic Music Contest of São Paulo (CIMESP 2005, Brazil), David Berezan won the First Prize for Styal and Francis Dhomont won an Honorable Mention for Vol d’Arondes. Mathew Adkins and Robert Normandeau also saw their work selected for the finals. Serendipities and Synchronicities by Pete Stollery and Rojo by Hans Tutschku were selected for concert presentation at the 6th BIMESP (International Biennial for Electroacoustic Music of São Paulo) in 2006.
November 1, 2005: A Tutschku Premiere in Stuttgart
The world premiere of Die Suesse unserer traurigen Kindheit, a musical theatre by Hans Tutschku based on the poems and letters of writer Georg Trakl (1887-1914), will be held at the Forum Neues Musiktheater in Stuttgart (Germany) on October 21, 2005. Further performances will be given on October 22, 23, 29, 30 and November 1, 2005.

September 6, 2003: Bleue Night in France
Elektrophonie’s mission is to merge electronic and electroacoustic musics. Held September 6, 2003 at Saline Royale (Arc et Senans, France), the “Nuit bleue” (Bleue Night) event will put forth musics from more than 36 composers worldwide on a 50 loudspeakers soundsystem. Featuring works by Francis Dhomont, Robert Normandeau, Christian Calon, Hans Tutschku et Magali Babin.
