Is the result of Brighton, UK resident Andrew Clare moving into a flat with thin walls. Unable to continue with his louder home recording projects he put his computer to use remixing random guitar outfit ’Small Things’. Somewhere along the line the whole thing morphed into nook. Andrew has been operating just outside of music for over a decade; playing on both the improv and rock sides of the fence while working with UK ensembles Im Being Good, Small Things, Bald Mermaid, Clarence Palmer, The Thirteen Ghosts (with Derek Bailey & Thurston Moore), and a whole host of others. To aid these many musical efforts he has been running his own Infinite Chug label since 1993.
