Vyoma (Sanskrit for “sky” or “space”) is the imagined figure who spins the fabric of the cosmos. The work draws inspiration from mythological and astronomical imagery, where stars are not scattered randomly but woven into a vast, interconnected tapestry.

The piece explores the idea of creation through sound: fragments of noise and silence gradually coalesce into luminous textures, shimmering constellations, and shifting layers of resonance. At times, the sound world is fragile, almost threadlike; at others it is dense, evoking the immensity of the universe.

Spatialisation plays a central role—sounds orbit, drift, and collide—inviting the listener to feel as though they are suspended within the weave itself. The work is both meditative and unpredictable, reflecting the dual nature of the cosmos: structured yet endlessly evolving.

Vyoma — Weaver of the Stars invites the audience into an immersive listening experience, where music becomes a metaphor for the act of weaving light out of darkness, and order out of chaos.
