The basis of this radio program was a talk about the aestethics of Not-Music, that was held 1999 between Uli Aumüller and Helmut Lachenmann in a Berlin street café. The associations and disgressions were interrupted by the Nightingale of Ramersdorf (a well known artist who wants money to stop his singing), who gave the discussion another direction: What is not music?
