Andrew Lewis will be in concert on May 22, 2008 at University of Hull’s School of Arts and New Media in Scarborough (England, UK). He will notably present his piece Danses acousmatiques that appears on Miroirs obscurs. He will give a lecture before the concert. Moreover, his piece Budo Variations will be played by duo Contour on June 11 at Elisabeth-Schneider-Stiftung in Freiburg (Germany).

BEAST continues celebrating its 25th anniversary with two concerts of music by BEAST composers past and present, with works by Jonty Harrison, Scott Wilson, Andrew Lewis, Alistair MacDonald, Iain Armstrong, Tom Cahill-Jones, Lisa Whistlecroft, Chris Tarren (one of the winners of the 2007 COMPASS Composition Prize) and many more. The concerts will take place on March 8-9, 2008 at CBSO Centre, Birmingham (England, UK).

Duo Contour will present Budo Variations by Andrew Lewis on February 14, 2008 at the Conservatorio Jesús Guridi in Vittoria (Spain) as part of the Sinkro festival; and on February 21 at SARC of the Queen’s University Belfast (Northern Ireland, UK).
