    Saskatoon’s unique Ramada Golf Dome will host the video-musical event Digidome from September 27 to 29, 2002. Based on the meeting of B movies and glitch, Digidome features artists Ian Birse and Laura Kavanaugh, Camp, A_dontigny, duul_drv, Carrie Gates, Max Haiven, Marinko Jareb, LiminaL projects, Jon Vaughn, vitaminsforyou and a workshop on the use of vinyl and turntables in new music with Esther B.

    August 18, 2002: New Work by Rob Godman and Vivienne Spiteri

    Vivienne Spiteri will create the diffusion of the sound installation inside the eye of silence, a work of Rob Godman and vivienne spiteri. Creation will take place at Hanlan’s Point (Toronto), the afternoons of Saturday and Sunday August 17, and 18 2002, part of the festival Sign Waves-Phase Two, and presented every Saturdays and Sundays until September 29 2002. Sign Waves—Phase Two explores the sonic and visual interactions between the underground reservoirs, the Chemistry Building & Toronto Island.

    October 2, 2002: Métamorphoses 2002 Finalists

    The jury of the Métamorphoses 2002 competition (Francis Dhomont, Beatriz Ferreyra, Annette Vande Gorne, Hans Tutschku) met in the Métamorphoses d’Orphée studios, in Ohain (Belgium), in order to determine the finalists and the participants for the public finale to be held at the L’Espace du son festival in Brussels, on October 2, 2002. Amongst the finalists are composers Gilles Gobeil, Monique Jean and Robert Normandeau.
