Japanese choreographer Yoshito Ohno used an excerpt from StrinGDberg, a composition by Robert Normandeau, for his new work performed by Lucie Grégoire and presented at Montréal’s Agora de la danse from May 11 to 15, 2004.

It is now official, the public is invited to experience morceaux_de_machines’ “refreshing dose of megalomania” at Festival international de musique actuelle de Victoriaville (FIMAV) on May 20, 2004. On this occasion, the eletronic bruitist duo will be joined by VJs Boris Firquet and Éric Gagnon.

Composer Hildegard Westerkamp invites you to two soundwalks held in Vancouver (BC), April 25 and 28, 2004. In a soundwalk, the listening “audience” moves through a place and the environment “performs.” The walking listener and the environment create a unique piece together that can only occur during the time of the walk.
