A large-scale work that makes use of, and is informed by, sounds from the kinetic sculpture of Swiss artist Jean Tinguely (1925-1991). Several sculptures were recorded at the Museum Tinguely in Basel in August 2005 In the resulting work melodies and songs emerged — playful and reiterative in the manner of much of Tinguely’s work.
