A single sonic fragment, an unadorned rough edit; pitched and percussive, it is both impetus and culmination. At times, this single fragment of sound seems to bring into existence distant echos of clarinets played long ago, moments of unexplained synchronicity. At other times, percussive fragments fold back unto themselves, settling into beds of interlocking pulses which drive forward with the insistence and abandon of ecstatic dance rituals.
