Vivienne Spiteri will create the diffusion of the sound installation inside the eye of silence, a work of Rob Godman and vivienne spiteri. Creation will take place at Hanlan’s Point (Toronto), the afternoons of Saturday and Sunday August 17, and 18 2002, part of the festival Sign Waves-Phase Two, and presented every Saturdays and Sundays until September 29 2002. Sign Waves—Phase Two explores the sonic and visual interactions between the underground reservoirs, the Chemistry Building & Toronto Island.

Vivienne Spiteri has become our most active interpreter of new music for harpsichord, a distinction reinforced by the application of her double manual Hubbard to the four (Canadian) works on this album.
