The Concert international presented by Musiques & Recherches on February 27, 2013 at Espace Senghor in Brussels (Belgium) will feature works by Elizabeth Anderson, Adrian Moore, Robert Normandeau, Zuriñe F Gerenabarrena, and Irene Pacini. There will be a pre-concert talk with Elizabeth Anderson about her new 8-track work Solar Winds which premiered in October 2012 in Mexico.

Musiques & Recherches continues its pioneers concert series with a portrait concert of composer Beatriz Ferreyra on January 23, 2013 at Espace Senghor in Brussels (Belgium).

While Composer-in-residence at Miso Music Portugal’s Lab for Electroacoustic Creation (LEC), Gilles Gobeil has 3 works on the programme of the Season Concert presented by Miso Music Portugal on December 7, 2012 at Centro Cultural de Cascais (Portugal). Also on that programme are works by Cândido Lima, António Ferreira, and Miguel Azguime.

BEAST is to celebrate its 30 years of activity with 3 concerts on December 1 and 2, 2012 during the inauguration week of the Bramall Music Building and its Elgar Concert Hall at the University of Birmingham (England, UK). The concerts are titled Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow and will present premieres by Jonty Harrison, and Constantinos Kontos, and works by Pete Stollery, Denis Smalley, Andrew Lewis, and students.

Both trans_canada reloaded concerts on November 29, 2012 are part of the Sounds: GRM Akusmonium and Sound Dome series of the Imatronic Extended festival at the ZKM in Karlsruhe (Germany). These two concerts present works by Robert Normandeau (including the premiere of the final version of La part des anges), Francis Dhomont, Gilles Gobeil, Louis Dufort, and Barry Truax. The Imatronic Extended festival will take place from November 21 to December 2, is made fo the several series — Piano+, Neuroaesthetics, Sounds: GRM Akusmonium and Sound Dome, TBA21 Sound Space: Spatial Music — and includes the Giga-Hertz-Prize 2012 ceremony.

On November 12, 2012 at the Black Box of the Helsinki Music Centre, the Sibelius Academy produces an acousmatic concert with Switched on by Manuella Blackburn, Rumeurs (Place de Ransbeck) by Robert Normandeau and works by Adam Basanta, Visa Kuoppala, Timothy Cooper, and James Andean.
