Wednesday, October 3, 2007 In concert

Pour une poignée de billes is composed of 62 audio recordings of marbles thrown on a wood or cardboard floor. The recordings were treated so as to make the source unrecognizable. The piece is a succesive accumulation of sounds that creates an abstract acoustic mass. It can be listened in loop: it has no end nor begining.
