  • eD: trans_canada is 100th; Get a Free Cache 2008

Friday, October 30, 2009 New releases

empreintes DIGITALes won’t be turning 20 before January 2010. This won’t stop us in starting to celebrate right now with our 100th disc!

The trans_canada festival at the ZKM in 2005 was centered around 8 new works by as many Canadian composers: Nicolas Bernier, Darren Copeland, Francis Dhomont, Louis Dufort, Gilles Gobeil, Robert Normandeau, Barry Truax, and Hildegard Westerkamp. The trans_canada DVD-Audio finally brings these works together in 24-bit high definition sound in both stereo and Surround 5.1.

The CEC and PeP are taking part in this 100th good news by including a free copy of the recent Cache 2008 CD with the online purchase of our 100th disc (but for a very limited time). The item is automatically added to your shopping cart. [Finished on November 22, 2009.]
